"Everything was great! We came mid-winter, and it was cold! My only major issue was that the hot tub area was ice-cold, with no sign indicating it was out of commission. Because of the icy rocks, I slipped while walking towards the hot tub, but thankfully, I didn't hurt myself. So a sign, or caution tape to let people know would've been nice. Otherwise, this place was lovely. The staff was kind and accommodating. They did run out of bathrobes though, but we didn't care too much about that. "

"This meant to be one of our highlight of our two weeks Canada’s road trip. We picked this hotel for its location and how this hotel market for relaxation and ambiance. It is on the higher end of the cost per night in the area. Staff was friendly but communication can definite be improve. We stayed two nights, there is building work started at 7am, we were put into a room facing the construction, we were not inform about this when we checked in. The night staff was kind, explain the history and show us around the hotel. I then spoke to reception staff in the morning and they said they will see what they can do. We got back to the hotel late that night, so we didn’t choose to move to the other building, but if we were informed by messages via hotel.com, we might have choose to go back to hotel earlier, to enjoy the hot hub and reset the experience. Most frustrating part probably is at check out, the same lady said the staff should have offered us breakfast, question did no one tell us that. The thing is if you weren’t given a choice is one thing but to be at check out to given another disappointment is annoying. The lady probably shouldn’t said anything. We dislike the over promise. The same lady said she will advise her manager that is currently on leave to write to me, I said let’s see, it’s a week on, still nothing. Another overpromise and under deliver. We expected more for the value we paid, this is constructive feedback. Thank you. "

"Great hotel with a surprise outdoors! Amazing pool, hot tub, sauna and grounds. Not to mention the in-room fireplace (just ask the front desk for a log) and 2 person jacuzzi! Plus, a perfect location for walking and exploring the village. Added bonus of the best breakfast place right across the street. Can't wait to return!!"
