"We stayed as a family of five for two nights, checking in late after a long drive. The property has a charming layout with two separate bedrooms—a queen and a king room—plus a pull-out sofa. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues: there were no extra blankets and bedding for the sofa, and we found the bedsheet dirty, complete with a fake nail and strands of dark hair. "Overall the stay was pleasant, the binder information about places close by was very useful. Although we were not use to some of the house rules we did our best out the owners respect. The home was cozy really nice great stay."

Great Hyatt stay

"Beautiful Hyatt in downtown area of Sacramento near the Capital building. Continently located near the Golden 1 Center, about 12 minute walk. Comfortable bed (really comfortable) and clear room. There is quite a bit of construction occurring across the street but the hotel itself is exceptionally quiet. I enjoyed the pool and had breakfast at the restraurant vines, which was good but pricey. The gym is around the corner in 12th street and bigger than most hotel gyms. "

"Our stay at the Hyatt was great. One little issue in valet parking, but the guy working it was on top of the long line and tried his best to get everyone checked in. The rooms are beautifully updated and comfortable. The service in the bar/restaurant was good, as well as the food. Getting a Lyft was easy. We didn't take advantage of what was around the area, as we were only there for less than 24 hours. However, if I need to return to Sacramento, I would stay here again."

Fairfield Inn by Marriott Sacramento Cal Expo

"I ate the free breakfast at 7:30am. I asked the front desk what time the free breakfast ends because my wife is still sleeping, the front desk clerk said at 11am. I said wow, that’s great. At 9:50am my wife and I came down only to find out the breakfast was already close. I saw the same front desk clerk and asked him, “Hey didn’t you tell me the breakfast ends at 11am?” He checked the calender and noticed it’s Monday-so the breakfast ends at 9am. Afterwards just ignored us. He didn’t even apologize for telling me the wrong time for when the free breakfast ends. The hotel room and the location of the hotel was great, but the front desk clerk, not so great. "

"Great service from shuttle pick up at car rental agency to airport drop off! Lovely hotel with very generous "continental" breakfast. Very comfortable beds, quiet hallways, neat and tidy bathrooms with redone showers. Wonderful. Airport shuttle is a super feature!"
