"We checked in very late at night because of construction at the airport so we called to let the hotel know we may not make it in before midnight. The gentleman working was very sympathetic about our situation. Ended up arriving at about 11:50pm, so made it on time! Was greeting with a smile, easy checkin, and he answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. Room was clean, spacious, and exactly as described on Orbitz. Cleaning staff was just as equally friendly, hard working, and had smiles...
