It's clean, and comfortable, and very private. This is by far my favorite place we have stayed in Sacramento, and we are definitely coming back here if it's available! I love that we could bring our pup with us, and our host doesn't discriminate on the size of your dog. He's a big boy, but a good boy too, and so many places have a weight restriction of 20 lbs or less. I was getting worried we would never find a place that's comfortable and convenient. This property was clean, well furnished and in a great location. It was a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and event locations. It was clean, small but well laid out. It was well stocked for making simple meals. Good size fridge. I was especially delighted to arrive to an air conditioned unit as it was quite hot by 4:30 that day. Easy parking, very private, quiet. The place was perfect for myself and my dog. Nice little well fenced yard. The neighborhood was lovely to walk in and there were some very good restaurants and a trader joe's nearby. ##### Diane B. Kitchen well-appointed. The neighborhood was nice, safe. The host was quite responsive. No issue with parking, there was always a spot in front of the house. We wished we’d had more time to look around at East Sacramento neighborhoods. We were pretty close to everything we wanted to do and about 20 mins to the airport. ##### Peggy C.
