"Wonderful experience"
Enjoyed staying here for 1 night, got a room for myself, it was quite nice and quiet. Lovely old mansion very well kept up. Lovely livingroom, dining room and huge communal kitchen. Shared bathrooms were fine. Hot shower.

The neighborhood is ok a little scary due to the homeless but the hotel itself is nice for the price. The staff is amazing!!!

"B&B feel in the heart of downtown "
The staff was very friendly and informative. The hotel seemed very nice on the outside and the same on the inside lobby. The room was nice as well but there were a few things that were not exactly awesome. The bathtub, which I utilized and enjoyed, was partially broken. The closet had a weird gap in one of the walls showing an old water heater(?) and exposed insulation. The room was also very loud. I'm sure it was only because we were on the lobby floor but I was awoken several times by sounds outside of the hotel and within. There was a weird humming/ whirling noise that came from under us that went off twice every 20minutes. Luckily, since I am normally a heavy sleeper, I was able to get some sleep. Less so, apparently, than by boyfriend though.... He was able to sleep through it completely. There was also a wedding reception going on next door and I guess the walls are so thin that I could hear everything. So there's that. But it wasn't so bad that I wouldn't ever go back. Just next time I'll just ask for any room, except on that floor.

"Nice room, ok service"
This hotel is very nice and clean and our suite was great. This hotel is close to the convention center so walking there for an event was easy. I say that the service was okay because; first, the free wifi we were supposed to have in our room was not working so I called front desk and they sent a maintainence man that had no clue what was wrong (we ended up figuring it out ourselves); second, we called the front desk for an extra iron and she said she'd find out and call us back but never did; third, the fire alarm went off at 5:00am one morning and after scattering to get dressed, a voice over the intercom stated it was a false alarm and not to leave our rooms (it ended up being a overflowed tub); fourth, because of the overflowed tub situation, we got a letter stating that we would not have maid service that day (they were only servicing the rooms they needed to get ready for new guests): fifth, because of no maid service we ran out of toilet paper and front desk said they'd send someone up to give us some, but no one ever did (we eventually saw a maid in the hallway and she gave us some) and; sixth, when we were leaving, there were no luggage carts (we had a lot of stuff for the event) so we asked the front desk and they gave us attitude and told us that 150 people were checking out that day and there were only 8 carts on the property so basically they brushed us off -we eventually saw an employee using one of the carts to carry about 10 much for the 150 guests

"Nice hotel in old town."
This hotel is located just steps away from Sacramento Old Town and with excellent access to and from the freeway. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety and there was a host who brought our beverages. We were traveling with a friend and the staff was able to assign him a room next to us.

"Decent hotel within walking distance of night life"
We booked this hotel because we were celebrating my birthday that night in Sacramento. The outside of the hotel isn't the best and parking is a little tight. when we got into the room we were pleasantly surprised to see the rooms to be more renovated and up to date. The bed was comfy and it was just what we needed and expected. The room was a little dirty along the walls and the floor panel but overal was a decent hotel. We were able to walk to and from dinner that night, a local convenience store and to the night club. Parking was free at the hotel so it was an overall win! I don't think I'd stay at the hotel for a vacation but for a quick overnight trip it met our expectations. Free breakfast too!
