"Hotel was fine for a 3star hotel, it definitely had a 90's-2000's look but that fine, would go back"

"This hotel is situated in a business park area in a setback from the street. The ambience is nice in the entrance, but otherwise it is a hotel situated in a business park. There are nice trees in the parking lot in the entryway is quite large and has lots of seating areas. The staff are, courteous upon check-in and were helpful. The elevator is in reasonable condition in the area is well decorated. The bedroom was as advertised. The bed was comfortable the pillows, notable, in lots of storage...

"Lady that checked us in , in the evening was attentive and personable. Lady in the morning was on cell phone at time we were checking out. "

"The highlight of this place for us was the location - a very easy 5 minute walk to old town, and also Macy’s in the other direction. The room size is fine and as expected. There was a fridge and microwave which was a bonus we were not expecting. The air con worked well. Shower temperature and pressure were good. On the down side, the bathroom had a strong urine smell but since you couldn’t smell it in the main room, we didn’t bother reporting it as we had already made ourselves comfortable....

"When we got there, we were to get a room with 2 queen beds and a couch. They gave us 2 queen beds and no couch. we paid extra for couch. the next day I talked to the front desk & they said since we booked through you, this was the best they could do and no refund on extra charges & in order to get the room we booked we would have needed to book through Best Western."
