We are an easy walk to the Capitol, minutes from your choice of 5-star restaurants, and local coffee roasters. Golden One Center, the waterfront, and Old Sacramento are a quick ride share or Jump Bike ride. Renovated in April 2019, our well-equipped guest house backs to quiet green space and offers a private patio with gas fire table. The space is equipped with everything you need for a weekend, a week, or a longer stay. Newly renovated with a "back to the studs" remodel completed in April 2019, the guesthouse has central heat and air, in-suite washer and dryer, quartz counter tops, white kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, and stainless steel appliances. The modern bathroom with a spacious walk in shower boasts a luxurious rain shower head and lighted mirror over the vanity. The bedroom has a queen bed and black out shades behind the light filtering shades to allow you sleep in, if that's your jam. We stay in their VRBO for 2 weeks and it was like our home away from home.
