It took half an hour (at 3:30 in the afternoon) for anyone to show up to check us in. And when they did they were barely friendly. One of our rooms was still dirty and not clean. It took them hours to get it ready for us. We had reservations and knew we were coming. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. If the rooms had not been on my credit card already I would’ve found a new place to stay."
