"The hotel was on the newer side which was nice. It was clean. I was a little disappointed for the amount I spent and the customer service. I called a head for a late check out a couple of days in advance. When I checked in it was never noted. They asked me who I spoke to. I was able to get it . I had one used roll of toilet paper which was gone by morning. I ran out in the morning and told the front desk they said they would have it in the room when I returned. It wasn’t they . I had to find a maid to get some. There was not a single complimentary water bottle in the refrigerator. I know these are little things but I feel like these are standard things. "

"Very quaint, location was absolutely terrific. The only downside was that no staff seemed to be available for check in or just useful information. Our check-in was saved only because a house keeping staff happened to find us fumbling at the front door with the wrong key code. The next day while sitting on the front porch, we assisted several guests that had the same experience. I helped several lady visitors with their luggage to their rooms since no elevators exist. This might have been well spelled out in the intro papers but I admit reading prior to a vacation was a strong suit for me. Overall, due mainly to location, the place gets a 5 Star!"
