We especially liked the close proximity to the two restaurants we tried at the end of two long days ---- literally across the street from the Old Dobbin House and an easy walk to the Appalachian Brewery. We were unable to enjoy the nice looking balcony during our two days of torrential rain."

"This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Honestly I think it’s gotten better than the last time. The beds were more comfortable the pillows seemed to be better. So overall I’d say that I would definitely consider coming back next time I am in town. The only thing that I would improve is the coffee offerings."

"Great stay. Clean room. Affordable. Upstairs neighbors were very noisy all through the night for duration of my stay. No fault of the hotel owners. The HVAC units do not have a continuous fan setting. They cycle on and off all night. It would be awesome if they could remain in Fan On mode entire night. Overall, will stay again. Enjoyed my stay very much."

"We had a nice time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and big. We liked swimming in the pool. The things we wish to be improved were the water pressure in the shower was not good. We did not want to have to pay for a cup of coffee after buffet hours. The buffet was nice but the eggs were not filled and they were cold."
