« When we arrived at the property, (9 pm) we could not open the door, the code would not work. We were standing on the porch until we reached the local representative who could remotely open the door. Upon entry, the "suite" was cold, and no bed was noticeable. The inside temperature was 47º and we found no thermostat. Again, contacting the local representative, he said they had a space heater, but had removed it because it was summer. And the tractors, 4 wheeler and other equipment which went by the room during the day (my husband was working there while we were away). »
