I've stayed at B&B's before. When I book a bed & breakfast, I expect a bed & breakfast. Not a bed with bfast costing $18.00 extra. The B&B is in two different buildings, that's cool. But if you stay in the Welty house you have to litterly walk next door to access refrig or microwave. TV is in a bad spot. Worst of all is the parking. The walk from the house to the parking lot is up a very steep hill. Not good for old folks or those with handicap issues. My wife is handicap & did fall walking down the steep hill. Nope Brickhouse Inn, we will not be staying there again. Our room was cozy and comfortable. Could walk to all of the historic downtown businesses and restaurants from here. Next door to Welty House and near Jennie Wade House. You can book a ghost tour or hunt through the property. Did not add the breakfast, but it smelled good and others seemed to enjoy it. Only hiccup was we had trouble gaining entry to the main house with the code we were sent. However, Sam was on-site and was able to give us a new code to get in after a few minutes.
