There was an issue with the TV remote(s) that the desk clerk (only staff person on the property) was unable to solve, but I give him 5 stars for patience, because I was tired, hungry, stressed, and impatient with him. AND THOUGH THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME AFTERWARD, I SAW THAT THEY HAD REFUNDED MORE THAN HALF THE PRICE OF THE ROOM! That, alone, is enough reason to give them another try, I will say that it would be nice if they added a little warmth and color to the rooms... some pictures on the walls, a nice pillow, a few basic condiments in the kitchen area... anything to make guests feel a bit more comfortable. And the breakfast could be a little nicer. The staff were friendly and responsive. The hotel interior was clean and modern, as were the rooms. However, we saw two live cockroaches, one in the hotel room bathroom and one on the nightstand (presumably because we were in a suite, and guests drop food and don’t clean the kitchen area well).
