"This place was absolutely fabulous. I gave location a lesser rating because if you are looking to be in downtown Austin it's a bit from there which wasn't an issue for me. If you are looking for something quiet and friendly and welcoming and are content with not much around but a pool you will love it. They had everything needed in terms of pans and dishes that I could cook whatever I wanted. The 24/7 assistance was fabulous with assisting with questions from the Landing. If I return to this...

"We had such a great time here! House was clean and stocked with enough towels etc for everyone! Management was detailed with check in/check out details and replied very quickly with any questions I had. Overall, highly recommend this place! "

"The apartment has a fantastic location in that it is within walking distance to so much that Austin has to offer. It was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We had some difficulty getting into the garage at first but the host was extremely helpful and communicated quickly. The only downside were the parties across the street on Friday and Saturday nights. The host had provided earplugs so we were able to sleep anyway!"
