"Everyone we encounter had a positive and pleasant attitude and demeanor! Excellent staff, very nice and clean property."

"Overall, the room was very nicely done. The bed was comfortable. Its downtown DC, so the was constant honking and sirens, but that was minor. Only one elevator was working at the time, so expect a little bit of a wait. The only offputting thing i experienced was a manager chewing out the person behind the desk infront of everyone. That was a bit unprofessional by the manager, and should have been done out of the public area. "
