The view from our room was the wall of the adjacent building about a foot away. The view out the other window was bunch of mechanical equipment/rubbish between the back of several buildings. The room was so small we were not able to fully open the closet door (it was too close to the bed). Our daughter was the first to take a shower and ran out of hot water after 5 mins. My husband and I went without a shower after a long travel day. Since it was already 10:30 pm, we decided to just wait until the next morning, when we were told we could get a different room. The worst part of our stay was the booming/vibrating music from rooftop bar/restaurant. The front desk had told us they would “be done soon” when we called about the hot water around 10:30 pm. The music continued until 3:00 a.m. We got very little sleep. The next morning, I went to the front desk to get a new room. A different person was on duty and told me there was only one other room available with 2 queen beds (the entire hotel only had 5 rooms with 2 queen beds) and I was warned the view would be even worse. I was more concerned about the noise from the rooftop bar and would have settled with the bad view, but I was told there’s no guarantee the music from the rooftop bar would be any less noisy in the new room. The bar operates 5 days a week, and we had booked a 6-night stay.
