"The property is brand new, so very clean. It had everything we needed. We brought our own bath towels, wash cloths, and beach towels. You have to bring your own shampoo and soap. It was a very short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Be prepared to climb to the loft bed; there's little clearance between the bed and ceiling! Pack light for clothing as there isn't a closet to hang clothes. Overall it is a very nice place to stay! Our favorite restaurant was The Old Salt, which was a short...

Always checking in to make sure you’re having a good visit & that your stay with them is going ok!!! Such an adorable cottage *cutest decor*, very clean & within walking distance to the beach/Hampton beach strip.We had such an amazing time & can’t wait to book another trip with them!!"

One minor flaw would be the out side deck for two it is tight for two people sitting out.Next visit I would get an ocean front.Great location for eating and shops nearby.Car valet is so worth it, as it is included in the room rate."

"The hotel was very nice...great location...close to everything. Loved that they had a car there in case you didn't want to walk. Negatives: the front desk person who was much more interested in flirting with the handyman than greeting his guests. Not friendly at all...not a very good first impression and housekeeping that didn't make up are room the second day. The restaurant is great as was the waitress who was so attentive and friendly."
