"The proximity to the beach was excellent, with the beach just steps away from the room. Easy access with stairs down to the white sand. A heaven for those traveling with dogs. The room was spacious with two beds, full kitchen, fireplace and balcony. The room was clean but very run down. They are upgrading the entire hotel. It's location will make this an excellent destination. I would stay there again in the future"

"We had never stayed at this property before, and because of that we’re unsure of what to expect, but we couldn’t have been happier with this experience.The yard was completely fenced in, which gave us so much comfort to let our dog and small children run around freely. The back patio was perfect for sitting around watching the sunset.The beds were comfortable for each of us, everything was clean, and the host was incredibly generous with nice little check-in amenities for us and our dog.The beach access was perfect and direct. We love this area of Rockaway because it’s less crowded, so it felt like the beach was all our own.We can’t wait to come back in the future when we are able to. If you’re looking for a great, quiet space with good views and beach access, this would be a great option."

"Perfect...almost. I drive 3 days from Minnesota to meet friends from Portland and Seattle with my dog. House was funky, fun and ample space for us to laugh, drink wine and walk our dogs on the beach. Only a small hiccup with propane, but a tank and tools were brought to us within an hour. Can't ask for more than that! Friendly and accommodating, we loved our time together. Only issue is the yard is not fully fenced, so you cant just let them out, but the space was great!"
