"This place was a complete flop. The free daily managers reception that's advertised doesn't exist. Allan at the front desk who says he's worked there 2 years says he's never seen it. Ice machine is on the fritz. Our room smelled like a cross between a wet dog & a stale ashtray. The hot tub is built for 2 "friendly" people and we never got our turn in there since we didn't want to sit on anybody else's lap. The TV speaker must have been broke cause we had 2 small computer type speakers to try and hear the TV from. The bed was awfully uncomfortable & springy. We were looking forward to morning coffee but it was nasty and the breakfast was lackluster. We dumped it out and went somewhere else. We won't be back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Allan was cool though."

"Overall we enjoyed this house. It sleeps 8 which is nice and has a great backyard that's close to the beach. Plenty of parking too! It did have some quirks I think guests should know about ahead of time. There is no working ice maker. The upstairs toilet is located inside the shower. The toilet is very loose and it's not the toilet seat, but the actual toilet. The skylight upstairs is also the emergency exits and is at an angle with no covering so the neighbors could see inside if they are outside or in their hot tub. It would be nice if they had more towel hangers upstairs. There is a sugar ant problem upstairs and in the kitchen. The management has put out traps but should maybe try spraying the exterior if they haven't already. The hot tub has some broken jets that are sharp on the bottom so watch the little ones feet as both my kiddos cut their foot on it. One last thing is the upstairs looks way bigger in the pictures with the 6 beds than it actually is. We made it work but there's not a lot of room for bags and moving around. Beside these things that I hope can be fixed or known about ahead of time, it was a great house for a big group. It is a great location, has a fun backyard, and the beds were really comfortable!"

"The location of this house to the beach access was amazing! That was the highlight of the trip. My 8 YO golden retriever was so happy to have quick beach access and he couldn't get enough of the waves and long sandy walks. Drinking our coffee out on the back deck in the cold crispy morning was also a plus! Overall great stay with plenty of room!"

"Awesome house! Great location. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Plenty of games, toys and puzzles to keep the grandkids happy. "

"This is the second time we've booked this property, because it fits our two small familes so perfectly. It's cozy, we can bring our dogs, it's in a great location and had everything we are looking for in a rental. Small but well-stocked kitchen, a TV that is way bigger than we have at home (plus one in the bedroom), a good sized dining table that is also perfect for playing games, and comfy couches to relax into at the end of a day after a busy day at the coast and then soaking in the hot tub. Great restaurants nearby, and the host has some excellent recommendations left for guests in the house. We'll be back!"

"Host was helpful. House was clean. Overall was a good stay. One of the burners on the stove only works on high. Needs repair. There is an outside light fixture hanging from its wires at the back of the house just outside one of the bedrooms. Appreciate all the extra towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Nobody else has done that."
