"We had a wonderful stay! The host did a great job accurately describing the property, so we knew exactly what to expect. For the price, having an entire private place so close to the beach, with a yard for the dogs to enjoy and a super clean hot tub, was an incredible value! The host was also very responsive and helpful. If you’re expecting a Hilton, this probably isn’t the place for you, and you may be disappointed. But if you’re looking for a cozy, affordable home away from home at the beach where you can relax, bring your dogs, and enjoy some privacy, I highly recommend booking! We appreciated everything this property had to offer and would happily stay again!"

"Everytime I rent a place on the coast I try to do it with Beachbreak. They are and awesome boutique rental company- super nice , fantastic follow up and always easy to get in touch with. The house was nice, there is a trail to the beach directly across the street, nearby shops, just a few minutes from good hiking trails, Kelly's Marina for crab, some shops in Rockaway, etc...highly recommend."
