"The property is on the beach so you have an ocean view. The rooms could be updated a bit but the beds were comfortable and for the best views stay on the 3-5th floors. The balcony was great!!!"

Hi-Tide Oceanfront Inn

Hi-Tide Oceanfront Inn

10/10 Excellent
"Easy to find off the main street. Beautiful view of ocean and mountains, quiet and relaxing area, and the prom was right out the back. Shops, etc, were a 4 minute stroll down the prom as well, with old fashioned lamp posts along the way. Daily fresh cookies were offered in the lobby at 6. Parking was good in lot, and also along the street. There is a rinse off faucet for feet as you come back off the beach trail next to the hotel. Landscaping was pretty with lush green grass. Balcony was nice to relax with coffee while watching the tide or sunset. Fireplace and fan available for comfort. Never saw the pool or hot tub because of so many things to do otherwise. Really enjoyed my stay."

Siletz Bay Beachfront Hotel by OYO Lincoln City

Siletz Bay Beachfront Hotel by OYO Lincoln City

8/10 Good
"The view and proximity to Siletz Bay is tremendous..nothing fancy, our microwave wasn't plugged in, and was missing a knob, the shower head plate was loose, the light on the fan randomly came on..and no coffee in the lobby until 7 a.m, which makes it tough for fisherman..worth the price for sure, but beware there are no coffee places for at least 5 miles"

River Inn at Seaside

River Inn at Seaside

10/10 Excellent
"This was our first time coming to Seaside and staying in this hotel. It was wonderful. Only wish we could stay longer. We will be back! The location: short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery. The morning walk on the beach with our dog was way better than what I could have imagined. The rooms: We got a suite - a bedroom with a living/kitchen room. The kitchen is well stocked. We made dinners a few times, which makes the staying feel like a home. The balconies are great to get fresh airs and relax too. One thing I’d like to mention is that the couch is actually a futon, not a pull out sofa - a bit small for 2 adults but workable. The amenities: breakfast was great. There are hot and iced water 24/7, and cookies too! We didn’t use the pool and gym, but I did see families enjoying their time in the pool. Also the fire pits in the backyard are nice. Great view of the river. Overall, this is an awesome hotel for our 3 nights stay. Highly recommended!"

Promenade Inn & Suites Oceanfront

Promenade Inn & Suites Oceanfront

"Property is dated but they are working on it. Main thing for us was work crews started at 7am. Very loud outside. There is a weird smell in the lobby and elevators. Room was ok, but bed was creaky. Although not the fault of the hotel. Seaside isn't what it used to be. Very dirty beach now."
