"The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of utensils, pots and pans. It was awesome. It was such a lovely walk to the beach and the area it self just made you feel relaxed. It was AWESOME... It's perfect for pets. The house was clean and didn't have any strong, overwhelming scents in the house which was great. "

"Just so anyone knows that stays here, do NOT click the furthest left burner on the stove to the "off" position because it will gas fumes out for god knows how long. THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE A CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR.I had my mom, husband, brother, and 2 kids with me. My family and i got to this house and the second we stepped in, it smelt like a propane tank was left on. We opened all of the windows and doors while we unpacked for TWO hours until my mom that is auto immune compromised started having chest pains like her lung was gonna explode.My brother ended up realizing the burner being completely missaligned but the last renters im assuming didn't know this so when they left and turned all the burners to the "off" position, it consistently let out gas, with a glass covered lit pilot in the fire place maybe 10 feet away from each other.I messaged them about everything, they said to call fire rescue and one of THEIR team members would come there to follow up. Fire department came, confirmed the leak and cleared it after we stood outside for an hour in 50 degree coastal weather which would have great if it was optional but we couldn't leave while waiting for Fire Rescue. Not once did anyone from the renters come out to check on anything.This is rented out by Casago, a huge vacation planning company using VRBO for sales. All their emails back to me were out generated and in the end, after potentially killing my family, i got 1/4 of my stay refunded.."

"Overall this house was pretty good. We enjoyed the location and the proximity to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked as far as dishes and appliances. There were some disappointments. The first was the hot tub: upon arrival the temperature was 68 degrees, half of the jets didn’t work- some were broken or completely missing, it was grimy, & the water was dirty/ cloudy. Secondly, the home was not well cleaned; used water bottles and trash left behind, dirty dishes, stained sheets, & very dusty. Additionally as previously mentioned the ants were still an issue, we unfortunately had to throw out some of our food and it was a hassle trying to keep everything sealed or in the fridge. "

"We had the BEST week of family time! Our group was generations in just four people and we were all comfortable and happy at this property. I love to cook and the kitchen had just about everything I needed. My husband and daughter took our dog to the beach so she could run with reckless abandon everyday. My Mom had brought puzzles and games and we all had fun with those. The views are spectacular and the beach goes on for miles. There is a lot of common space for everyone to be together and do their own things at the same time if the want. We spent a lot of time at the large dining room table playing games and doing puzzles. I perfected my artful fire construction in the wood burning fireplace which made for wonderfully cozy evenings in the open living and dining room area.The upstairs main suite is the absolute best - so prepare to fight over who gets to sleep there! My husband and I loved the large bathroom and comfortable king sized bed. The sitting area with very comfortable chairs and a small TV was a great bonus. All in all it was a fabulous Spring Break for our little family of four - my Mom was able to navigate the house and grounds with no issue; our teenager had a blast and shed her usual teen angst to hang with the fam; and my husband and I got to walk on the beach and watch a little TV and read on our own in the main suite sitting room.We all can’t wait to return - hopefully next year!! "

"Definitely a very fun house that has some thoughtful features for families. The spiral staircase is a very cool feature, but also keep in mind with small kids that there is potential for a head-banging risk if your child isn't looking. "

"Five stars all the way, just be aware some of the gannets are loose or broken but other than that the house was a beautiful and comfortable stay. "
