« Basic studio that gives you the necessities for your stay. Parking pass is nice to have for off street parking and communications via VRBO messenger were quick and helpful. This was a long stay of 11 days. »

I've dealt with sudden booking changes with other hosts and this was by far the most positive experience I've ever had. While this is likely an unusual experience, it speaks highly of the host's ability to manage their properties. »

« Great apartment for our visit to Rochester. It had everything we needed. The pool table and games were an enjoyable addition. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance to most everything. Brian was great, a super responsive host. »

« Kitchen needs serious cleaning and attention. Cabinets were filthy and had garbage in them. Dishwasher was horrid and could not be used due to stagnant smelly water still in it. Beds were very hard. Price was great and host was attentive. »
