"When entering the hotel we met a lovely receptionist called Maria, she was so helpful, we got into our room early, the room was spotless, we had dinner and breakfast at the hotel also, the service at dinner was excellent, breakfast was self service, there was plenty of choice, and the cooked food was all tasty, the haggis was a great touch for burns day, we will definitely be returning, we will be recommending the hotel to family and friends "

"I like this hotel. It's a homely hotel that I like to return to when I visit Glasgow. It's clean, the beds are comfortable and the room facilities are maintained in good order. I particularly like the Scottish clans tartan decor in the rooms, which is a welcoming touch for visitors arriving in Scotland. Breakfast I didn't have on this visit, but in the past have found it to be good and varied. The staff are pleasant and keen to see their visitors happy. Thank you for the very nice stay."
