"Rooms were clean, and rooms were air conditioned with independent control for our own room. Although toiletries were not refilled prior to our arrival or during our stay, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Coffee machine is the room was fantastic and having a fridge, ice bucket and glasses was a fab bonus. Breakfast was an impressive spread with plenty choice for everyone’s taste. Well restocked and a varied selection of hot and cold options. The cocktails at the bar were top tier, don’t leave until you’ve tasted one! Unfortunately spa and pool facilities weren’t available, but it did not impact our stay. It would however have been good to know that the hotel validate car parking for the nearby NCP."

"We booked a family room and the hotel knew our grandchildren are 17yrs and 13yrs respectively. We were given a small room with 2 dbl beds which was adequate at best. The breakfast was excellent but we chose to eat in the hotel last night before going to the theatre. We ordered nachos and cauliflower as starters... lovely... but the mains were disappointing. I ate a third of my fish as it was very greasy, my granddaughters pizza was absolutely covered in chilli oil ... and not to her taste and the boys had burgers, which were OK. Though again the Mexican burger was greasy as it's cooked in batter. No comment was made when the half eaten plates were removed from the table. Sorry to complain but I'd be the first to give 5* if they are warranted."
