"The location of the Millennium Hotel in New York was excellent, very convenient and close to many attractions. However, the condition of the hotel was disappointing. The furniture, beds, rooms, and bathroom looked very old and outdated. The bathroom especially needs renovation. The shower only had cold water, which was a major issue during our stay. The hotel has a great location, but the rooms and facilities need significant improvements to meet the expectations of guests."
