Clean, comfortable bed and room. Good tv. Staff helped us with an early check in and shuttle from and later to the airport. Only negative is there is not much to do or see on that part of the city.

I read some of the reviews and just expected a basic airport hotel. I couldn't have been more wrong. It was the nicest room of our 3 week trip, the bed and sheets were excellent and the room furnishings and bathroom were beautiful, modern and high quality (a granite slab shower for example). The breakfast was varied and hot, tasty too. Prompt drop off to airport in a modern minibus. What more could you want. I will stay here for sure next trip to New Orleans.

Property was very clean , staff pleasant and helpful.
Had shuttle service from airport and return even at 3 am. Also provided shuttle to cruise terminals . Had a great snack and soda service .
Morning breakfast was good , they could use more tables and seating , although it was a busy morning so maybe not an issue normally

Great location, room and amenities. Very good breakfast included, and having a large room with so many amenities has been great for the price.

Really nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just a tip, if you want a quiet room do not book 311. The room is great but if you are a light sleeper the occasional outside noise may bother you. I liked the room…but some people might be bothered by the noise.
