"I was told at check in “not a regular hotel” and no housekeeping. Was farther from Sedona than advertised also. Room was nice and was clean"

"Good location, good breakfast, staff helpful, room was just decent. Obviously an older hotel that has been recently flipped and not that well. Towel hooks were already pulling out of the wall due to not being in a stud or even a sturdy anchor. The room didn’t even have a closet, just a spot in the bathroom to hang your stuff. Just a very weird setup overall. The photos show a nice balcony with a view and many rooms have that but ours was on the end and on the first floor so our view was just a cement wall."

"The unit was very clean, easy to adjust temperature plenty utensils to cook with if needed. The bedding was comfortable and clean. Plenty of amenities on the property to use. Parking directly in front of the unit. There is a restaurant on the property but kinda of pricey. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to return bc it is outside of town but just minutes from everything."

"I did not like the practically mandatory stop at the concierge desk after check in. Everyone was getting essentially chased down by an employee to go to that desk first. Big time upsell attempt. Everything else was great. 2 bedroom condo was lovely."
