Everything was very clean, and the host responded quickly to messages. This is a great jumping off point for exploring Montezuma Castle and hiking in the red rock formations by Sonoma. This was a great place to stay for our family. The owner had very thoughtful extras in place that made it very comfortable. There are only a couple of minor things that would have made this even better. One would be a mattress topper as the beds were very firm, the other would be to have a bbq grill. Very small things compared to all the lovely extras that were provided, such as hot cocoa, spices, sunscreen, spare toothbrushes and toothpaste. It really felt like home, including a Christmas tree and some seasonal decor. This place is perfect for a family!!! We have 3 young kids and they loved the bunk beds! There were toys here for them to play with too. Also games. Tons of blankets to stay cozy with. Fully loaded with spices, sugar and creamer, coffee decaf and regular, teas (all black tea, no caffeine free) zip lock bags, disposable silverware, plates, cups - great for packing lunch for hikes and adventures! Can openers, peelers, Tons of TP, and extra toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer. We brought blankets and sleeping bags and planned on stargazing in the surround area, however we ended up setting up in the yard and it was beautiful!! ##### Ashley T.
