Place was wonderful and had everything you might need or want for a stay in that area. The only semi inconvenience was that when we arrived at 4:45pm, the host was still there cleaning. It was overall comfortable and private. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook for oneself though we didn't, along with a full size fridge. The beds were nice sized and comfortable. There was a TV (we didn't use) and some games / books along with flyers to explore the area. We did like the hot tub and used it a couple times.The only negatives were trying to stay warm and accessing the hot tub. There is no central heating, only a baseboard heater in the living room and some space heaters in the bathroom and bedrooms. These worked pretty well for the space but it took a little time. The hot tube really only seats 3 and it's a bit of a uncovered walk on some stepping stones. When it's wet outside they were muddy and slippery so our feet or shoes got dirty. There was no place to put a towel or shoes near the hot tube so they got wet when it sprinkled. The cover is also a little hard to remove because you cannot access the side or back. But the hot tube was great and we managed. For how great the place was, these were some minor things that could be improved. We had a great time, would highly recommend the place, and if we're back would check it out again! ##### Michael K. This was our second stay here. we knew after the first in 2021 that we wanted to return. The colors of the cabin are so cheerful and inviting. The view is incredible, and it is so centrally located to so many things. We're already making a to-do list for our third visit! The hot tub is wonderful to soak in and star gaze after a day of hiking. The cabin is well stocked with everything you could need. I love being there. The location is perfect, the amenities are top-notch, and the overall experience was incredible. I'm giving it a solid 5 stars because it truly deserves it. My only minor gripe is that it wasn't quite ready when we arrived – a few things were still being cleaned and set up. However, Liz was super and worked quickly to finish up. Despite that small hiccup at the beginning, the rest of our stay was flawless. I would highly recommend this place. ##### Dana S. The location is about 30 minutes outside of the traffic of Sedona, allowing for exploring the area. MONTEZUMA castle and well are close by and worth the visit. We also did a pink jeep tour.The home is clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice quiet space on the outskirts of Sedona. ##### EILEEN W.
