"The property is appealing in appearance from the outside. I would suggest getting one of the lamps for each room that has outlets for charging e-readers, cell phones, etc. It wasn't easy finding a place to plug in my CPAP machine which must be by the bed. I also have a hearing aid charger. A couple might have even more. There are a number of men staying here from a paving company. They have gotten a bit loud, but are not likely to do that later. "

"Decent motel if looking to cut costs. The water pressure is amazing in the showers. Loved the long pool hours during the summer. Decently close to Sedona- approximately a 30 minute drive. Swamp coolers keep the units nice and cold. Only complaints were the walls where a little thin and we couldn’t find an off leash area for our dogs. Overall a nice budget friendly stay. "

"I will book this place again if I’m back in Sedona. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a kitchen, large living room, and heated outdoor pool after hiking. It’s a very convenient location outside the main downtown traffic but close to a lot of good trails (Bell Rock, Cathedral). "
