1. There is no onsite parking. You are forced to use pay garages which effectively increases the rate 30 to 40 dollars plus a hike to the hotel. Valet parking is 40 plus tip. Booking site should make this abundantly clear.
2. Hotel is short staffed. In room dining never picked up phone. On third try had to call the front desk.
