The customer service from Arashi was great! Everything that we needed was taken care of and it was an enjoyable stay. The room was very clean and all the amenities offered were great. The grab and go breakfast could offer some more options but other than that I have no complaints!

We had a wonderful stay at the property between August 28-30,2026. The Hilton Garden Inn Redondo Beach felt like a resort, but without the resort fees. Our room was spotless, and the pool and workout area were beautiful, clean and exceptionally well maintained. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always helpful. Special thanks to Angel Benitez for making us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

Checking in was above par especially as early. Staff was friendly. Hot tub wasn't working and they ripped up entry while there as there was well making for alot of noise. (Bobcats, drills & trucks ) Parking was an extra 20$ a day although huge lot and tons of room. I felt complimentary parking would have prompt 5*

It is very close to Universal Studios and offers free parking. There is a 24-hour coffee machine, and bread is provided in the morning. The surrounding area is safe, with various restaurants nearby. In fact, it feels more like a motel than a hotel. However, overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I also appreciate the friendly and professional staff.
