"Difficult to find the parking as the link from Expedia didn’t work, but we eventually found the entrance and it’s a good sized car park. Friendly and professional staff, easy (early) check in, generous family room and good breakfast. Location is great for Sealife, Utilita arena and Legolas Discovery as well as Gas Street Basin and lots of good bars and restaurants, all within a few minutes walk. We came with our young grandsons and it felt a very safe hotel and area with lots of other families. We didn’t hear a sound all night from the 8th floor despite the hotel being busy. We will come again! "
