"Everything was good except one thing. I booked thru Expedia.com. When I was there at the office, that was in the same building, but they can’t find my booking. I called Expedia and they told me to go to different place to get my check-in package. I drove about a mile to totally different lodging office to picked up my package and come back. It was confusing. "

Walk to everything, short drive for hikes, fishing etc. Small snafus concerning tv owner responded immediately..we poked around and found that the cord was simply unattached to tv) Dishwasher stopped working. we tried the breakers with no luck. Texted owner…left the condo. Dishwasher worked fine after management looked into it. Would highly recommend this condo. Plenty of room for 6 adults… we only had 5, but can’t imagine needing anything more. "

"Fantastic stay! Home was beautiful and well appointed. It was in a perfect location for us to walk to dinner, drinks and shopping. We had some August pop up thunderstorms (every day) so we didn’t get to use the rooftop hot tub as much as we would have liked. The time spent was terrific, tho. Amazing views! With 3 floors we all had enough room to socialize or have some down time, as needed. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed for an evening in. "

"Great place for a large family. We had 7 in our group that accommodated us perfectly. While we enjoyed the entire property, the kitchen and living room area were our favorite. We did a lot of in house cooking…the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. Overall, a wonderful property which we will book again in the future! "This was a great house! We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to walk to downtown Breckenridge. Enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment - nothing in the kitchen for house guests other than salt and pepper. No paper goods, foil, Ziplock bags, etc. Most house rentals have these things, along with basics in the kitchen."
