Twelve minutes to Vail and 16 minutes to Beaver Creek. Five minute ride to the Minturn Bike Park, lots of hiking trails nearby. Summer Concert Series at the Minturn Amphitheater and the Bravo! Vail Music Festival is only 15 minutes away.
