This beautiful three bedroom townhome located within one block to both the chairlift and Main Street, offers the best of both worlds. Featuring cozy mountain furnishings, a spacious floorplan and vaulted ceilings, this townhome is a popular selection for groups and larger families. Whether here for work or play, stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout this Breckenridge condo. Amenities include washer/dryer, garage parking, private hot tub and gas fireplace. Guests will also be able to enjoy the Upper Village heated outdoor pool located behind the One Breckenridge Place complex.

When renting at the One Breckenridge Place property, you would have access to the Upper Village Pool.

Please be aware that One Breckenridge Place will be under construction for a roofing project beginning in April and ultimately ending in August. Units will be unavailable while the building’s roof is being worked on but there may still be noise related to the project during your stay. Great experience!
This was a great house! We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to walk to downtown Breckenridge. Enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment - nothing in the kitchen for house guests other than salt and pepper. No paper goods, foil, Ziplock bags, etc. Most house rentals have these things, along with basics in the kitchen.

Very good location
Unit perfect for location. But grill on porch a total disaster, hasn't been cleaned possibly ever, and handle to open it was broken, and had to be very careful not to get burnt too much using it. Had wanted to BBQ a few times, but that was out the window.

Great location and nice property
The location was great with quick and easy access to the Quicksilver lift, the bus system, and to town. The unit was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit to others!

Great location
We always love staying in this complex. Location is great to the downtown and slopes. This was a different condo than we stayed in in the past. We were not thrilled with having to pick up and drop off keys. We always had a code to the front door. The condo was great just wish they had more items “left behind” to share with others(hot chocolate, spices…) The condo needs more hooks for ski jackets and pants. Many love coed owners closets, which meant less storage for guests.

Was a great place. Enjoyed our stay. Only thing to upgrade in my opion would be to add a humidifier system to furnace system. Not that expensive to do. Was so dry in the house. If you turned over in bed there where literal sparks. Otherwise a very nice home.

Everything was great! Check in, location, time of year was excellent as well. Truly the only thing we found missing was the fact that it did not have any salt and pepper or aluminum foil or saran wrap. So if you cook be prepared for that. The places I have stayed in the past always have a few spices and at minimum salt and pepper. and yeah that’s my biggest complaint! Everything was comfy and clean. The hot tub was awesome! There were several board games and card games to play. Everything you need.

The location to town was perfect. The home had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend for location and amenities. The private hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. We plan to return again and hopefully during ski season.

Convenient location for skiing
Very convenient location for skiing, just a couple hundred yards to the #9 lifts and village. Everything in town is walkable. The townhouse had a garage for parking, 3 bed rooms, working fireplace and hot tub, stocked kitchen and was clean.

Breckenridge getaway
The location was great…was able to walk to restaurants and do shopping close by. We had a couple of problems with the unit…the front door was very hard to open and the garage would not lock! The inside was very nice and comfortable. We would stay there again.
