Myra at checkin was great!!!

I loved the property and my room. Parking was easy and I love a free breakfast. I did not love that it sounded like the Jolly Green Giant was in the room above me. Nor did I like that I could hear voices and snoring on the other side of my headboard. And there was the guest loudly arguing & cursing on his phone in the presence of a child. BUT, these experiences say more about the structural quality of the building and the guest themselves, than anything else. I certainly don’t hold it against Marriott. That said, I did opt to leave a day early because I just wasn’t sleeping well. The hotel DID NOT penalize me for leaving early which says A LOT about management. THANK YOU! All the employees were friendly, professional, and always had on a smile. I went back and forth on whether to share the negative, but decided to in the interest of painting a complete picture of my experience. I could have had an entirely different experience in another room. Despite my experience I would recommend this location.

Roomza has hands down the best staff of any hotel. They are friendly, helpful, and attentive. An added bonus to my stay was free drinks and local snacks. I'm now addicted to the Berger's cookies and Utz Crab Chips! If having the most up to date bathroom is important to you, then maybe you wouldn't like Roomza as the bathroom tile was a bit outdated, but in my mind that was much outweighed by the cleanliness. The main room area was large and modern. This is my new go-to hotel when I travel to Baltimore.

Very attractive hotel. All staff helpful. Breakfast cafe good and quick. Bed comfortable. Quiet.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is beautiful with an amazing architecture and great location. But I was disappointed with the room facilities, specially the uncomfortable bed.
