"On arrival: • hair left in the shower curtain • questionable brown smear on the bathroom doorway • bath drain was slow • difficult to pull plug on tap to make ALL the water come through shower head. • poor water pressure in shower • light-pollution from the bathroom night light and the atrium (because the curtains don’t close fully), as well as the microwave, AND from under the doorway was disruptive. • could hear the person upstairs using the toilet • the front desk was difficult to reach by telephone on more than one occasion. • elevators always had dirty floors with rubbish or water • on-site management was unreachable. Never made contact with me despite request. • The doors of other rooms were always slamming shut. Very loud and loud enough to wake us. Soft-shut hinges would help."

"Did not have the opportunity to dine at the hotel. However, the accommodations were clean and hosts were pleasant. Definite would stay there again."

"Once again, next to the ice machine and the elevator. Is this a given with an Expedia booking? A pack of tweens had the ice machine going from nonstop from 9-11 p.m.. That along with the hotel’s construction noise almost made the spaciousness of the room irrelevant."

"I noticed a decline from previous stays. . Breakfast was basic - the decaf coffee was cold and fruit came prepared in plastic cups The water temperature control in the bath/shower could not be regulated - water was either extremely hot (almost scalding) or extremely cold ( frigid).One of two elevators was out of order."

"Our stay was disappointing. The hotel showed clear signs of neglect, with poor maintenance throughout the property. The lobby was particularly unpresentable and failed to create a welcoming first impression. Overall, the condition and upkeep did not meet expectations, and significant improvements are needed in both appearance and overall management."
