"The beach was very spacious and beautiful. Soft white sand and clear water. Opportunities for water sports, but without hassling. There were multiple pools to seclude yourself or join the large main pool. The resort felt very peaceful and spa like. The staff was extremely caring and generous. Some of the happiest staff members we've ever met."

"We just wrapped up a fantastic 5-day stay at Villa del Palmar Cancun, out in the Isla Mujeres continental zone just north of Cancun, and it was among onr of the best resort experiences I've had. We've traveled a lot and seen all kinds of all-inclusives in different countries, and the standards vary a lot. This place sets the bar. The resort is beautiful. Our room was super clean, spacious and very modern. The food was fresh, delicious and there was a great variety, desserts included. The service was excellent from start to finish. We also checked out Garza Blanca next door, which is part of the same group, and it was just as impressive. Two for two. Zamá was fantastic. Big shout out to Angel and the chef at Davino for a great Italian dinner. We got great help throughout the stay from Lena, Gwendoline, Edna and Isabel. Raul and Jorge at Bite Bar took great care of us too. What impressed me most was housekeeping. They were on point the whole time. They came through for cleanup constantly, did turndown service, and were always tuned in to what we needed. We never had to ask for anything. One tip: book the snorkeling trip out to the reef marine park. It's absolutely worth it, especially if you're in this part of the world. We were really, really happy here and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend. Try to see if Expedia can get you a deal where your flights are free"

"A Five-Star Stay at Villa Del Palmar Cancun! From the moment we arrived, Villa Del Palmar Cancun exceeded every expectation. This is the kind of place that makes you start planning your next trip before you've even left. Location: The resort sits away from the busy Hotel Zone, which gives it a calm, private feel while keeping Cancun within easy reach. The beach is beautiful, with turquoise water and soft white sand, and the views of Isla Mujeres are breathtaking. Atmosphere: Relaxed, welcoming, and elegant without being stuffy. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a sunset dinner, or strolling the grounds, everything feels peaceful and effortless. Rooms: Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The balcony views were stunning, the bed was wonderful after long beach days, and the layout gave us plenty of room to spread out and truly relax. Service: This is where Villa Del Palmar truly shines. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. A special thank-you to Pavel, Victor, Alejandro, Arad, Kevin, and Oitoikos, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like family. You are a credit to this resort! Amenities: Gorgeous pools, excellent restaurants, a lovely spa, and plenty of activities for whatever mood you're in, whether that's adventure or pure relaxation. "WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."
