« Sara was a great communicator and was a great host for 8 of us! The place is very clean and has great decorations that make it a great place to stay. There was a problem with the toilet but she got back to us right away and told us it was just slow. She said she was fixing it right after our stay. Would love to stay here again! »

As expected in any major city, there was some occasional street noise which would have been the case anywhere (even high rise hotels). The decor had an artistic, gallery-like atmosphere. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond by offering great restaurant recommendations. Check-in and check-out were both seamless and effortless. »

« Matt’s house was a lovely place to stay for discovering SF. Is central, close to many PIERS, next to little Italy, the iconic Coit Tower, and one of the most famous streets in the city. Matt is very easy going and responsive. The house have all the necessary for having a comfortable stay and he preserves amazing key moments in history of SF in his walls. « I stayed at this property for 1.5 months and had a wonderful time. Great neighborhood, property listing was accurate, the host was responsive and helpful and the apartment had everything I needed. The street was quiet, the only complaint I can say is that you can hear the upstairs neighbors and people inside the building from the apartment. Overall, would definitely recommend and would stay again. »

« I stayed at Brian’s place in the Mission for nine weeks and it was perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and shops on Valencia. Easy and safe to talk to and from the train that’s just a few blocks away. The property itself is fairly spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Brian was very prompt in his responses to any inquiry I had. At one point there was an issue with the dryer and he had someone out to fix it the very next day. I would definitely stay here again in the future! »

"Hôtel merveilleux au cœur de San Francisco. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville , situé proche du cable car. Le personnel est extrêmement courtois et accueillant. Check in et Check out rapide. Notre chambre était impeccable pour notre famille de quatre personnes. Peignoirs et chaussons à disposition. La piscine chauffée et jacuzzi avec vue sur la ville, est un gros plus. Dans un espace dédié à la propreté irréprochable. Si nous revenons à San Francisco, nous choisirons à nouveau cet hôtel sans hésitation. Je recommande fortement, l’hôtel Nikko. Le quartier est très agréable et aucun soucis avec les homeless."
