Really wonderful two-bedroom suite, was perfect arrangement for my family while on our vacation. Building was old but maintained satisfactorily. The lack of daily housekeeping was not ideal, and when they did come in every other day, the floors were not vacuumed - only the beds were made and towels refreshed.

Overall great experience! Wonderful suite aside from seeing a bug in one of the prepackaged bed sets for the sofa beds. Everything else was clean and nicely maintained. Wish there was more than 1 elevator since it's really slow. Look forward to coming back to San Diego next year but will test out a different hotel!

The outdoor pool was very nice and fun to swim in especially at night, it was beautiful. The staff was also very helpful and kind. They went out of their way to be accommodating. The cookies were delicious.

Lovely in all respects. Can’t wait to revisit. Extended our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the west gate!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was really comfortable and clean. Anytime I needed anything I would call front desk and they’d pick up quickly, and I would receive the item (soap, toothepaste etc) in about 10min. I came for a conference and I’m glad I stayed here due to the convenient location (about 10min from airport) and it was a great place to unwind at the end of the long days. Would definitely stay here again, no complaints.

Excellent stay!

We love San Diego. Tower 23 is another reason to love San Diego: a beautiful building perched over Pacific Beach, lulled by the sound of ceaseless waves and blessed each evening with sunset views. My wife and I travelled here for time alone together. We did not drive. We did not over-plan our time. Other than enjoying Pacific Beach - we toured the Salk, walked through UCSD to La Jolla and also spent time downtown. The staff at Tower23 is friendly, the food at Jordan is delicious and the...

Tropical style like hotel in the middle of San Diego. Amazing property with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Nice relaxing area with the fire pits. I was only missing breakfast options during Mon-Fri and limited dinner options after 8pm.

Love this hotel. Great neighborhood. Always clean and friendly staff and amazing breakfast!

The staff was quick to address a couple of minor issues. The pool was cool and refreshing. The Hot tub was very relaxing. Menu offerings in the bar and breakfast restaurant where and delicious. The eggs Benedict was great and the Caesar salad was a nice change of pace.

Blue wave bar and grill is excellent. The hotel staff were pleasant and professional.
