Starting by the half table fastened to the wall that fell on my foot after I put down a hand bag. Then the stained pillow cases, then towels with hairs on them (you know the short and curly ones?) Came back from the game to find two police cars stationned in the parking lot. Really?? At leat the answer time will set a record. Et c’est seulement le dernier jour qu’ils nous ont indiqué que nous devions faire une déclaration à la police si nous voulions demander le remboursement des affaires perdues par leur soin ! Et autre problème : Un matin, l’eau de la salle de bain était marron pendant 30 minutes. L’hôtel a indiqué que l’eau était coupée la nuit, donc c’est normal."
