"This is a misleading from start to end . They have said an apartment , however you are just getting a room with shared kitchen and shared bathroom . We were 2 friends travelling with kids and imaged our horror when we saw only a double bed . The description said that that there was a sofa bed as well .They agreed that sofa bed was mentioned and then said we don’t have it at the moment . Also Terrible communication .the person in charge never ever picks up the call and just replies one moment...

"Had mostly everything that we needed. Clean and comfortable and with good facilities including designated parking.The only things I would like to see added:1. A kettle - us Brits like a cup of tea and some of us even like instant coffee.2. Fans for the bedrooms. As they don't have windows it can get stuffy and hot overnight.Our host, Elisabete, was wonderful. "Helpful staff. Older rooms but great maintenance. Gym without windows in the basement, does the job! Small van that runs once every hour to the airport, could unfortunately not get in."

"Be very careful if you plan to use the hotel's airport shuttle. They require you to request it 24 hours in advance, and because of this strict rule, I wasn't able to book it in time and was forced to pay out of pocket for a taxi from the airport. To make matters worse, the information provided by the staff is completely inconsistent. When we arrived at the hotel, they told us that the shuttle does not run after 9:00 AM. However, luckily I double-checked again the next morning, and it turned out that a shuttle was actually available."
