"The room advertised a jetted tub when in fact there was not even hot water to take a shower let alone use the tub. The rooms next to and adjacent also had no hot water. After running the tub I found someone else's used bandaid in there, so looked around other areas of the bathroom and noticed someone else's blood on the rim of the toilet seat."

"Overall, it was very nice. Quick, easy check in, free parking, staff was exceptional, nice pool. Our room had a few issues though. The refrigerator didn't work, which we didn't realize until we had put stuff in it that spoiled. Also, our shower didn't drain properly. We mentioned it to the front desk on a morning when we were going to be gone for several hours so someone could get in and fix it while we were gone. We got back 5.5 hours later in the day and it still had not been fixed. "

Had to get towels at the desk each time for the hot tub. only successfully used it once. the last time I got in when they opened, and they decided that was a good time to refill, so the cold water poured in. It became Luke warm like the shower. Very slow elevator. Take the stairs"

"The rooms were partially cleaned. The floor in the shower was dirty and the floor area the toilet and sink had mold. It would have also been great to have a sharps container available for a diabetic patron. I also think having a $27.62 resort fee and having it as a $25 towards food or drinks on the property was a little more a way to get more money out of you than you planned. Breakfast shouldn’t cost over $50 for two people. This place was a one time only and never again. "

"The places charges $10 for parking. The lot is huge but I would think it’s just to make a little bit of extra money on their guest. The blankets were dirty and had stains. Also the pillows are tiny and are similar to couch pillows. I’ve stayed here 3 times in the past and I think ownership changed or management changed. Will not be coming back."
