"Staff are above and beyond to address my request. For example one night there was a heavy rain and I couldn’t get taxi from my app, the hotel staff shelled me to get a cab quickly. Hotel has a nice setting and a beautiful courtyard. Location is convenient and close to the main attraction area. The property is a bit old and has a smell in the room because the window is small and there were a lot of mosquitos in Italy so I couldn’t get rid of the smell. "The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Very modern. The staff in the lobby was very nice to us. But there was once employee who was significantly rude to us. It was 9 pm and I was getting ready to leave for dinner and somebody complained about me walking in heels inside the room. When the employee came to the room about the complaint he was extremely rude. "

"Access by car was very confusing and parking was difficult. The address was difficult for the mapping program to find. By T2 tram, this location was very convenient, though and good for connecting to the airport that way. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, but do not remain on site for the evening, so that should be planned for when staying here. "

"Very basic room, hotel is on the quiet street, 20 min walk to the train station. Breakfast is pretty basic and was the same every day of our stay. Personnel was very helpful in providing directions, bus/train routs etch. Would use again."

"The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the Main station. We had a nice stay in this hotel because the owner and Ms. Sylvia were very accomodating and supportive of our plans. Sylvia even recommened two nice restaurants near the place. The steak there are superb! We had nice breakfast. Our stay is comfortable because our room is clean."

"Toilet clogged & wouldn’t flush. Moved rooms & it had a hole in the ceiling & very noisy on the street side. Asked to move back to origins room use the other toilet until they could fix it the next day as my daughter was ill. While in the shower the door was jammed shut. When I finally did it open it fell in on me & sliced my shin open. Marco was super nice but the other man was rude & sarcastic bringing me literally to tears. "
