"Beautifully maintained property in the best location in Florence. Right in the center of the city but very quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully served in a grand dining room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend. "

"This is a unique and quirky hotel. We’re made to feel very welcome. Excellent honesty bar area with free tea and coffee and fruit. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are decorated in an individual stylish way. A wonderful garden is available to have breakfast or sit in the evening. All in all a great treat to stay at One small issue was that one room upon initial entry had a sewerage smell which went when the windows were opened. "

"All the staff we encountered were excellent, being most helpful on arrival as we were a little before check in and the housekeeper, Anna did everything she could to help with luggage and car arrangements as there is No parking on-site. Parking is 30 euro per day. Carolina was fabulous with her recommendations for restaurants and letting us know that the streets were closed on our departure day and helping us coordinate a plan with luggage loading with the garage. "Fantastic location & a super friendly Vanesa. Outside the room its a bit noisy at night but it’s a great location so that’s 100% forgiven. It’s also up 4 flights of stairs but the lift takes care of that. Well recommended."

"We visited several cities during our trip to Rome and this was the best hotel we stayed in the whole time. Check in was easy. The room had a wonderful balcony, and the balcony had a great view of the main shopping street. Great food and shopping were right there! The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower was fantastic. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place other than I wish we could have stayed in that hotel room longer. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"The staff members were friendly, spoke great English and provided bag check service after our stay ended. They also gave us restaurant suggestions and let us know where to do laundry. The suite itself was straightforward and everything in the listing was as such during our stay. Note there is a key for the elevator and a key for the suite itself. We found that the keys were not the easiest to use during our stay. Florence is a very walkable city and our location was around a 20 minute walk on...

"We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"
