"This hotel is dated but well maintained. The views are beautiful and they keep the windows very clear so you can enjoy the view. $40 per person for pancakes at an ihop is laughable, but you're paying for the view. The observation deck is a waste of space for them -- their snack bar was not open the entire weekend and it was never utilized unless there was overflow for breakfast. A hack is to go get starbucks and sit in the observation area front and center and enjoy the pricey view without the ridiculous ihop over-pricing."

"The person who checked me in was fantastic. I am sorry I didn't get his name so he would get credit where it was due. However, when I checked out, I was not impressed with Kristen. She greeted other guests pleasantly but I did not have that pleasure. There was no hi, thank you, or I hope you enjoyed your stay. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay."

"Room was beautiful and comfortable. On property dining was super affordable and good - we were stunned! The water park was clean and staffed by professional, attentive lifeguards. We would’ve liked some info from hotels.com before going because the other guests were told to wear Halloween costumes and we were left out. Not a fault of Great Wolf! We will be back!"
