"Nice looking condo. About two blocks away from a fire department. You will hear sirens day and night. Only one parking permit is allowed which was okay for us but I prefer to have two. Also somebody was fatally stabbed 500 ft away and the entire neighborhood was cordoned off for one whole day. It made the Washington DC news and thus I left early. I was promised some form of refund but never received it. I don't recommend it"

"The location is great, near the metro and grocery shops. You do not need the car to go to DC. The house is nice but a bit used. Some kitchen items were missing but provided very fast by the excellent agency service."
