The complimentary bottles of water and the cold refill station was terrific. especially as the weather was HOT. Its also a innovative idea to find in a hotel. I was very satisified overall staying at the Hyatt!!"

"Our room unfortunately has little ants crawling around in the bathtub and bar area. Our carpet was also stained. The restaurant was good and had happy hour. We definitely utilized the complementary drinks. Staff and valet were very helpful. The gift shop was closed due to construction or something."
