"The chalet was excellent! Very clean! Communication was lacking. Instructions on locking the door and using the keypad were not there. We had to figure it out. Also, instructions on turning on the AC were nowhere. My husband found a remote control and that’s how we figured out how to use it. I did feel like we got scripted responses to questions. More details on how things worked would be helpful. We used the chalet as a base to explore Montreal and Quebec City. We took the train from Montreal to Quebec City and stayed one night there. My daughter and I did paddle board on the lake at the resort and used the indoor pool. The paddle boards down by the lake could use some updating. We did enjoy the hot tub several evenings at the chalet. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking needs. I would stay here again if we ever find ourselves in that area again."
